If you received a call from us, you are most likely a customer of one of our client companies. You may have requested contact, or our client has commissioned us to reach you regarding their products and services
What if I want you to call again?
If we don’t reach you the first time, we will try again. We’ll call you a few times, always at different times of day. All contact attempts happen within approximately 10 days.
Can I call back?
You cannot call Soldem’s customer service representatives and sales negotiators back directly, but you can leave a callback request if you want to return to the matter discussed with you.
